When is it ok to cheat on your diet?

Here’s a list:

-holidays, like the upcoming 4th of July
-your birthday, you get one day, not all month!
-when your friends are visiting from out of town and want to show them a good time
-dinner and drinks with friends once a week
-when you’re on vacation

On these occasions, throw caution to the wind and enjoy yourself!

People are often surprised when I tell them its ok to cheat on their diet from time to time.

How do you look and feel your best while getting away with dietary murder?

Eat a healthy diet that helps you get lean, strong and energized 90% of the time.

The other 10% of the time, like the times listed above, go nuts and enjoy!

It really is that simple!

But you may be wondering, “what the hell is in a healthy diet? I get so many conflicting opinions!”

I get it, should you be eating a Mediterranean diet, south beach, weight watchers, Paleo, Keto, Adkins, bla, bla, bla.
