Many know by now that a ketogenic diet is an amazingly effective approach to dropping unwanted body fat, and having all day energy and mental focus.

But, What exactly can you eat and what to buy when maintaining a ketogenic diet is the most common question I get.

So in this email, I thought I’d include a ketogenic diet shopping list!

Here it is, your ketogenic shopping list:

Seafood like fresh fish-like salmon and shellfish!


Poultry-like turkey, chicken

Meat-like beef, bison, lamb, Pork, BACON! etc.

Dairy- like BUTTER!, heavy cream, greek yogurt and cottage cheese.

Salad dressings-like, Red Wine Vinegar, Bleu Cheese, Creamy Caesar; Ranch, Olive Oil

oils like: avacado oil, olive oil, coconut oil, mct oil…

Seeds and nuts like: almonds, macadamia, chia, hemp…

TONS of leafy green and high fiber veggies like: lettuces, broccoli, arugula, asparagus, bok choy, cauliflower, swiss chard, eggplant, spinach…

Low sugar fruits like: avocado, olives, berries, lemons and limes, tomatoes.

Foods to avoid on a ketogenic diet:
-high sugar fruits like bananas and melons
-starchy grains and legumes like rice, beans, wheat, oatmeal…
-bread and pasta
-fruit juices
baked goods
