Q: Who is Corral Fitness for?
A: Our small group boot camp program is tailor made for busy professionals who don’t have a lot of time to exercise but still want to lose weight, tone up and have more energy with just 3- 60 minute workouts per week.
Q: I’m not in great shape, can I handle your workouts?
A: Yes! our small group boot camps are structured in a way that allows you to start where your at and get fit at your own pace with small class sizes so you get lots of hands on one-on-one coaching during workouts!
Q: What is a workout like at Corral Fitness?
A: Every workout is different, fun and challenging! You will start with a mobility warm-up for ache, pain and injury free training, then 2 fat burning, muscle toning metabolic resistance training circuits (MRT) and finally a cool down stretch and foam roll all in just 60 minutes!
Q: How often & how long do I have to workout to get results?
A: Most of our clients workout just 3 days a week to see awesome results! However, we do have several workout times 6 days a week for hard core fitness enthusiasts and those getting ready for an event in a short time line who want to workout daily.
Q: Will I have to eat a boring restrictive diet?
A: No! We teach a unique approach to lifelong sustainable dieting that gets and keeps you lean and toned while providing enough flexibility for enjoying dinner and drinks with friends once a week guilt free!
Q: How much does it cost to lose weight and tone up at Corral Fitness?
A: Our small group boot camp program is very affordable ranging in price from $119 to $197 per month.
Q: What does my membership include?
A: When you become a member of Corral fitness you have complete access to multiple class times a day, 6 days a week without having to call ahead to reserve your spot.
In addition to unlimited access to as many workouts as you’d like, you also get customized meal planning using our proprietary diet system PLUS monthly progress tracking so you can see the fat melt off, your muscles get firmer and your measurements get smaller!
